Our services

We provide branding, design, video, content and social media services as described in the proposal or agreement we share with you before any work begins.

Proposals and payment

Scope, timelines and fees are confirmed in writing before we start. Invoices are payable by the date shown on them, and work may pause while a payment is overdue.

Feedback and revisions

Each project includes the revision rounds set out in your proposal. Extra changes or new requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Ownership and use

Once final payment is received, you may use the final approved deliverables for your business. We may show completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to.

Your materials

You confirm that the logos, images, product details and other materials you send us are yours to use, and you are responsible for the accuracy of claims in content you approve.

Results and changes

We take care with every project but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as reach, followers or sales. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page.
