Week 2: Building the plan
Next, we turn what we have learned into a content plan: the themes you will be known for, the mix of formats, and a calendar of posts for the weeks ahead. You see the plan before anything is made, so you can flag dates, offers or events we should build around.

Week 3: Creating and reviewing
We write captions, design graphics and shoot or edit video. Everything comes to you for review before it goes live. Clear feedback at this stage is the single most useful thing you can give us, because it teaches us your voice faster.
05
Week 4: Publishing and learning
Approved posts are scheduled and published. We keep an eye on comments and messages, and we start noting what your audience responds to. Those early signals shape the next month’s plan.
06
What we need from you
A quick response on approvals, honest feedback, and a heads-up about anything coming up: new dishes, products, events, closures or staff changes. The best results come from a partnership where we handle the work and you share what is happening in your business.
07
Questions to ask any agency
Whoever you work with, ask: who will actually create my content? How do approvals work? How will you report what is working? Who owns the content and the accounts? A good agency will answer all four clearly.
